Not at all. Our members range from seniors who are just getting active to competitive Hyrox athletes. Whether you've never touched a weight or you've been training for years, we'll meet you where you are and help you move forward.

What happens at my first visit?

We'll show you around the facility, walk you through the equipment, and talk about your goals. There's no pressure and no obligation — it's just a chance to see if Sync Fitness is the right fit for you.

What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and a water bottle. We have showers, lockers, and everything else you need on-site. Just show up ready to move.

Is this gym good for weight loss and getting in shape?

Absolutely. Between personal training, nutrition coaching, group classes, and 24/7 open gym access, we have every tool you need to lose weight, build strength, and feel your best. Our coaches will help you build a plan that actually works.

Where are you located and is there parking?

We're located at 582 Arkansas 365, Suite D in Mayflower, AR. There's free parking right outside the door. We serve members from Mayflower, Maumelle, North Little Rock, Jacksonville, and Conway.

Sunrise Sweat is our early-morning HIIT class — high-intensity intervals mixing strength and cardio to kickstart your day. Every movement is scalable, so all fitness levels are welcome.
